It all starts with the Common App Essay.

Before a single word is written, we help our students position themselves to be the hero of their college essay. We use written questionnaires (for parents and students) and one-on-one Zoom chats with students to learn about their talents and interests, as well as their accomplishments and goals. Then we show them how position themselves in a way that’s authentic and memorable. We help unearth their stories, decide on a topic, create an outline, then work one-on-one over the course of as many drafts as necessary to create an essay that helps them stand out. 

The Common App essay is enormously important in helping students stand apart from applicants with similar grades and scores. It’s also the best way to get an admissions officer rooting for a student.

Two, Four, Eight, or Twelve School Packages

In addition to the Common App essay, colleges look to gain more specific insights about the student through supplemental essays. By working with students on all their application essays, we ensure consistency of tone, voice, and writing quality across the application.
